What the site collects

The public inquiry form may collect your name, email address, organization, inquiry category, product/area and the message you choose to submit. Basic technical request logs may also be generated for security and operational troubleshooting.

What not to submit

Do not submit passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, payment-card information, health information, customer datasets, government identifiers or other sensitive/confidential data through the public form.

Why the information is used

Submitted information is used to route, evaluate and respond to demo/pilot requests, product requests, feedback, complaints, bug reports, security reports, partnership inquiries and other messages. The public form is not intended to serve as a customer data store.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Vercel. Some Mizan demos/APIs are hosted on Google Cloud. Contact submissions may pass through the current inquiry backend used by the Mizan project. These providers may process technical data necessary to deliver their services under their own terms.

Retention and minimization

The project aims to keep only information reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, maintain basic operational/security records and meet applicable obligations. Commercial engagements may require a separate retention and data-processing arrangement.

Your choices

You can avoid the public form if you do not want to submit contact information. A dedicated domain mailbox will be published after it is configured; until then the form on the main site is the public contact route.

Commercial / production use

If a pilot advances toward paid production use, privacy, security, data-processing roles, retention, access controls and contractual obligations must be reviewed separately before customer data is introduced.
