Mizan Time Traders currently operates as an independent technology initiative in public beta and controlled-pilot stage. Public products may change, be limited, be unavailable or produce incorrect results.

No downstream execution promise

Public Mizan GPTs and demos are designed for evaluation, verification or decision support. They do not represent a promise that Mizan will execute customer actions, move funds, alter accounts or operate a customer production workflow.

No certification or professional advice

Controlled test results are not independent certification, penetration testing, legal advice, financial advice or a general guarantee of security, safety, accuracy or compliance.

Acceptable public use

Use public demos only with data you are authorized to use. Do not submit secrets or sensitive customer data. Do not use the public site to attempt destructive testing, unauthorized access, denial of service or circumvention of access controls.

Third-party services

Some public experiences link to or depend on third-party platforms such as ChatGPT, Vercel and Google Cloud. Availability and behavior of those services are outside the Mizan public site’s direct control.

Commercial engagements

Any paid pilot or production engagement requires explicit written scope and separate review of commercial terms, responsibilities, security, data handling, operational support and applicable compliance requirements before production use.

Intellectual property

Mizan names, product names, site content, product logic and project materials remain subject to the rights of their respective creators/owners and any applicable third-party licenses. Public access does not grant a right to copy, resell or misrepresent Mizan technology as independently certified.

Changes

Public terms and product boundaries may be updated as the project matures. Material commercial obligations should be documented in a separately signed agreement rather than inferred from the public website.
